CARES is our before and after school program that provide childcare and enrichment activities for students of HFRCS.
Our program offers a structured environment for students to transition between school, home, and extracurricular activities, and ensures a safe and productive time.

Annual Enrollment
***2026-2027 AVAILABLE NOW***
To enroll in CARES services, a CARES enrollment form must be filled out and submitted prior to use for all students, whether CARES is used regularly or variably.
To complete enrollment, an annual fee of $25.00 per family must be paid. The payment link is included in the registration form.
***Students will not be able to attend without a current registration on file***

Rates & Payments
CARES fees will be posted to your FACTS financial account as services are rendered. Invoices will be posted once a week--for the previous week-- and are due within 10 days.
The payment account you included with incidental billing will be automatically debited for the CARES services. On demand payments can be made at any time by logging into your FACTS Family Portal.
***A late pickup fee of $15.00 per each 15 minutes past 5:25 will be assessed. Habitual lateness may result in suspension of services***
Before Care
Before Care Rates Per Child Per Day $ 6.00 per child *Students must be pre-registered for Before Care. Drop in service is not available.

There are two sign up options-- Regular or Weekly. Read below to choose the option that best suits your needs.
Option 1: Regular Schedule Enrollment
If your schedule remains the same every week, use the REGULAR Enrollment link once instead of the Weekly Form

Complete the WEEKLY Before & After Care Enrollment Form if your schedule will vary from week to week.
NOTE: The deadline for the upcoming week is Friday at 7PM.
